Shipping Policy

You get your orders FAST! Most orders for in-stock items received by 3:00PM, Eastern Time Monday - Friday, ship within 2-3 business days. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. For your convenience, stock items are shipped separately from personalized items, which may require additional time for delivery.

We ship most products via UPS ground. Rates vary depending on the total amount of the items ordered and the shipping destination. Orders shipping to HI, AK, PR and VI will travel by USPS, requiring a mailing address.

Return Policy

Rxpads.com® is proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you order from us, you have no risk involved. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, just return your items within 90 days from delivery. Once the items are returned, we will refund your order total (not including shipping), remake your order or credit your account. We do not charge any restocking fees, but you will be responsible for the return shipping at your own cost. Please contact customer service to initiate a return.
